Sunday Snaps: Vegetable Crudités at True Food Kitchen
Yesterday my bestie Monica treated me to lunch at True Food Kitchen in Newport Beach, CA. I love the concept behind this restaurant. Fresh, seasonal, sustainable, organic foods whenever possible, with a menu driven by Dr. Weil's Anti-Inflammatory Food Pyramid (in fact the pyramid is prominently displayed on every table.)
We started our meal with a bowl of rainbow-hued vegetables on ice: purple carrots, broccolini, white radishes with bright pink centers, tomatoes, cauliflower and persian cucumbers, all gorgeously arranged and served with tzatziki and black olive dipping sauces. They were more than happy to accomodate my fussy food requests, even suggesting lettuce wraps for my halibut tacos when I asked them to ditch the corn tortillas.
I wish more restaurants would follow their lead.
Are there any healthy dining out options near you? I'd love to hear about them.
Happy Sunday!

M3i Zero supports the any range of micro sd card. My sims can be watched by the whole family as its theme revolves so closely around a family structure.

Considering the new R4i SDHC, it is noted that the its loading time is pretty quick and is compatible with both DS lite and DS. Similarly down the line is new DSTT. This is probably less efficient than the R4i SDHC version. Also the latest kernel that updated to V1.12b, the recent R4i SDHC supports the new DS console-Nintendo DS LL.
