The Cuisinart Elite Collection--Sensible and Simple for All

Cuisinart Elite Food Processor Cuisinart is launching its newest line of food processors--the Elite Collection. Don’t, however, let the Elite title scare you. This line’s newest features are engineered to be usable, approachable, and affordable whether you are a novice home cook or a seasoned pro.

Since its invention in the 1970s, the Cuisinart food processor has been revered for its ability to streamline and speed up the daily drudgery of slicing, shredding, and puréeing.

Over the years, there have been many models and many adjustments made to the machine in order to improve its overall ease of use.  After years of research, the engineers of the Elite Collection seem to have addressed and worked out those remaining quirks. The 14-cup die-cast metal Elite food processor is considered the line’s flagship model. Here are just a few of the noteworthy features:

High-Powered Motor: The machine’s 1000-watt peak power motor is the company’s most powerful to date. And, it’s been designed to be QUIET!

SealTight™ Advantage System: The flagship model comes with three work bowls--14-cup, 11-cup, and 4-1/-2-cup. This adds incredible value and versatility to the machine and creates three processors in one.   The bowls nest together snugly so spillage is minimized. And the bowls stay together while ingredients are transferred elsewhere. There are also drip-proof pour spouts on each of the work bowls.

BladeLock™ System: Another neat feature is the trademarked BladeLock System. In prior models, the cook would have to hold the blade in place while pouring out the contents. Indeed, this was dicey, because the blade would often slip and belly flop right into the pot. Extracting the blade from the pot was hazardous as one never knew where the sharp edges were. The BladeLock System solves this annoyance, because the blade stays secure until the cook maneuvers it out manually!

Multiple Adjustable Slicing Disks: Innovative design has streamlined the machine’s disks. In prior models, it was necessary to have a plethora of disk in order to have many slicing options. Now, two adjustable and reversible disks offer eight different options. The slicing disk adjusts to six widths. The shredding disk features large shredding holes on one side and small shred on the other. This results in outstanding value and minimizes clutter in the kitchen!

Easy-Lock Lid: For safety purposes, the Cuisinart food processor has always featured an interlocking lid. In the past this has been a juggernaut for some users who found it challenging to master the twist and lock technique.  The new lid snaps in place and releases with the press of a button!

I bought my first Cuisinart food processor about four years ago when I decided maybe i should learn a little more about kitchen duties. These machines are an absolute god sent. The time it saves me from slicing and dicing food allows me to still eat a healthy, quick meal on the go with my super busy schedule.

It is very good tool for women because by using of this Cuisinart they can save time. Today there are many Cuisinart are available in the market which contains different functions than one another.
