Udder-ly Tasty: Camel's-Milk Chocolates
The general manager of Dubai's Al Nassma--the world's first brand of chocolate made with milk from camels--recently announced that it is in talks to expand into new Arab markets, Europe, Japan, and the United States. Al Nassma's Dubai farm plays host to 3,000 camels, and the company sells chocolates through its farm-attached store as well as in luxury hotels and private airlines.
"We aim to be the Godiva of the Middle East," says Van Almsick. "It's a luxury product, so we will never be in supermarkets." According to Van Almsick, milk from camels is seen as healthier than milk from cows because it contains five times more vitamin C, less fat, less lactose, and more insulin, making it a good option for diabetics and the lactose intolerant. All camel's-milk chocolates are free of preservatives and chemical additives, and contain a range of locally popular spices, nuts, and honey.

It's probably not grammatically correct, but that headline would be way more readable with a properly placed hyphen: "Camel's-milk chocolate." On first read, I thought R.J. Reynolds was bringing their Far East milk chocolate brand to the west!
