Don't knock it till you try it. A dash or two is the secret ingredient to many a Michelada.

This is an amazing seasoning. I grew up with my mom using it in Germany. Our family uses it mostly for an oil based salad dressing. I need to find some so I can introduce my husband to it. :D

Maggi is a flavor all its own. It'd be like asking what kind of sauce Worcestershire is.

"Look for it at your local market next to [...] 'Food'."

Do I win something? :-)

Maggi is GREAT! My father (from Austria) uses it in his homemade soups, and I use it in chili, spaghetti sauce, a few dashes on steaks and also in salad dressings! We even love it in cole slaw! It's a staple in my kitchen!

It's fabulous! My vietnamese friend introduced me to it and I love it!

J'ai grandi avec ma mère à l'aide en Allemagne. Notre famille l'utilise surtout pour un vinaigrette à base d'huile. J'ai besoin de trouver une certaine façon je peux introduire mon mari à elle. : D
