Taco Trucks: Mobile Meal Maestros

This morning's food discussion at the office: taco trucks. Looks like there are some decent choices around Seattle for a quick taco fix. Anyone have a favorite taco truck they'd like to give a shout out to? My favorite is still the one that served us lunch (and amaaaazing breakfast burritos) in the parking lot of Gehry Partners in Culver City, CA.

I love this truck... I am always scared to eat from food trucks though - I am scared of food born illnesses.

I remember when we were small we used to wait eagerly for the Taco Truck to arrive. We used to have a lot of fun, playing around. I still relish the same food and its always fresh and hot.

Oakland CA ... esquina de High Street y San Leandro. Un día vi una estrella del rap megamillionaire futuro pregonando sus cintas de cassette, mientras que un grupo de Hmong en la ropa tradicional estaban esperando en línea, junto con los ususal los low-riders, los comerciantes de plumas (literalmente, los vendedores de almohadas), los artistas japoneses, y un puñado de gente blanca .. todo muy en la experiencia, mientras que la cucaracha hecho a alguien que está pimped bocina de un coche. Y la comida ... excelente, se movía tan rápido que nunca tuvo tiempo para incubarse, independientemente de los efectos visuales ... Zamorano Tacos, IIRC.
