Shoot, the word's out, and everyone now knows the secret to my special polka-dot cheesecake. OK, so I stole the whole concept (and recipe) from Maida Heatter, but it seemed like nobody else had discovered it. Spork or Foon is spreading the word with this delectable photo of her creation. This is so awesome! I love Maida and I love cheesecake and I love cute things...and this appeals on all three levels!
