Bacon, Regrettable Food, and Food Memes

It sounds like bacon-obsessed foodies across the land can rejoice.  The fellows at BBQ-Addicts, famous for their Bacon Explosion recipe, have signed a book deal. (via Eat Me Daily).  I have to say though, that the Bacon Explosion book deal reminds me a little of the humorous, but so 2006, food meme of Regrettable Food. Actually, the picture of the Bacon Explosion even resembles some old, regrettable food, no?
