You know who decided that crazy bacon recipes are cool? Me? No, but good guess. The Bacon Explosion guys? Hardly. I'll give you a hint--it's Aunt Jemima. Back in 1962 she perfected her famous bacon theorem: Bacon + Other Food = Awesome. The rest is history.

Over these pancakes shake Bacon Salt and sprinkle Bacon Bits,
to give the strips of bacon in the dish the flavor of real bacon; and then you're in business.
