Here is one man's ridiculous collection of Coca-Cola cans. He has more than 8,000. At the current scrap aluminum prices ($0.35/pound), his collection is worth $705.46.

I've seen similarly obsessive collections of everything from Star Wars figurines to Eastern Bloc Mosin-Nagant rifles to genuine Carnival Glass. Some folks just get carried away, I guess.
