Bacon Cupcakes Sweep Nation (Well...Boulder)

Awhile back, I reported on the unlikely phenomenon of the bacon cupcake, and businesses are finally picking up on it. Bacon is everywhere these days, so why not in our cupcakes? I have sadly yet to sample this delicacy, but I have tried the Vosges bacon chocolate bar (mentioned in my earlier post), and it's a combo I am most definitely down with. this sounds great. I bet the sweetness of the bacon enhances the flavor of the chocolate and cupcake. mmmm

I'm pretty sure I saw something like this on food network. It sounds unhealthy but, once you think about it, it can't be much more unhealthy than a normal cupcake.
