Cooking with Baconnaise--Burger Sauce
And so begins my series of posts, "Cooking with Baconnaise--Recipes for Bacon Lovers". For those who don't know, J & D's, the diabolical geniuses behind Bacon Salt, recently launched Baconnaise, a bacon-flavored mayo. Thanks to some clever marketing and loyal bacon-loving fans, Baconnaise is now an internet phenomenon, featured on CNET, Seattle P-I, Epicurious, Slashfood, and, soon, BusinessWeek.
Our first recipe is...
Baconnaise Burger Sauce
Ingredients:
1 cup Baconnaise
4 cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1/4 cup ketchup
3 heaping tablespoons relish
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Mix everything together.
2. Place on top of burger.
3. Exclaim, "Wow, that's good!"

Well, until Amazon starts carrying Bacon Salt and Baconnaise (HINT! HINT!), this looks like a job for the Universal Wish List Button!
