I Love Loco Moco

Last weekend I was introduced to "Loco Moco", a popular Hawaiian dish, and now I can't stop thinking about it. You place one burger patty on a bed or rice, cover it with brown gravy, and top it with an egg. It's incredibly simple and dangerously delicious.

Similar to a breakfast-y deal that I love. Hashbrowns on bottom, sausage patties and/or bacon (preferably and, rather than or), a couple of fried eggs, topped with sausage gravy. Add a good hot sauce liberally if you dare. Get's you going in the morning--especially the bowels. . .
