I just had a deep-fried Pepsi at the county fair in Hood River, Oregon. It tasted just like it sounds! They take deep-fried dough bits, pour over the Pepsi syrup base, then top it with whipped cream and a cherry. It was actually pretty good, but killed my appetite for the deep-fried Snickers I was going to have next.
