Something similar to this was in a cartoon once. The recipe differs a bit based on the photos.
1lb ground beef, 4 slices american cheese, 6 strips of bacon, fist full of french fries and two crispy creme donuts for the bun.
This was called the "Itis" and stands as a monument to what cooking could be!

DensityDuck, it is not a KA-RAZY "stunt". Have you ever been anywhere before or eaten anything interesting? Not a bug tho...LAWL...I like the hooker part, but that would distract you from the crazily delicious scrumptious morsel...maybe the hooker after eating it. Maybe after you eat one, you could do a hooker while she is eating one. mmmmmmm......

This is actually a household favorite around here. And the guy who said leave off the condiments... Mayo actually amps up the tastiness about 5 whole notches.

This just shows how doomed economically we are. In any year/decade/era before this year, how could this be seen as even remotely possible? Now in 2008, with our economy on the brink of a major collapse & an obesity epidemic, we dine on Krispy Kreme burgers.
