Recipe Roundup: Grilled Goodness

Well, readers, it's the end of the week, the sun's finally found Seattle, and I'm ready to hit the patio and start grilling. Yes. Grilled angel food cake. It caramelizes very well. I guess its more like 'toasted' angel food cake. You can get something similar by putting a bit of butter in a frying pan and frying the angel food cake until its golden brown and has a crunch to it. Add some creme fraiche and berries and its quick, easy, and really good.

The shrimp in that picture is making me hungry! I'm also very intrigued by the Grilled Eggplant and Goat Cheese Burgers!
