First, they try to change the composition of chocolate by petitioning the FDA to allow cocoa butter to be replaced by cheaper fats. Now there are allegations of chocolate price fixing in Canada that may expand to other types of candy. What in the world is happening to chocolate and what does this mean for chocolate's biggest season?
