According to a recent article from Reuters, Dutch students have developed a powdered form of
alcohol. Mix a 20-gram packet of the aptly named Booz2Go with water, and you
instantly have a bubbly, lime-flavored beverage with 3% alcohol content. The
students claim they are "aiming for the youth market. Because the alcohol is not
in liquid form, we can sell it to people below age 16 [the legal age for
drinking and smoking in the Netherlands]." <Insert skepticism here>.
