Fast Food Nation

Just in time for road trip season, a new website called Fast Food Maps utilizes the technology behind Google Maps to plot the location of fast food restaurants across the U.S. The map displays a total of 49,746 restaurants nationwide and includes McDonald's, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy's, KFC, Jack in the Box, Hardee's, Carl's Jr., and In-N-Out.
Select a state and city, then click and drag with your mouse to navigate
the resulting map. Screen stats display the restaurant totals for the area
shown. There's also a static map that shows the density of the restaurant chains
across the country. I'm thinking they should probably add drugstores to the
search results so you'll know where to find the nearest antacid...
